TSVN 1.8.8 Repo Browser drag-and-drop children only

Hi everybody!

one of our users reported the fact that drag-and-drop from repository browser to windows explorer only contains direct file children in current stable version 1.8.8. Earlier versions (1.7.12 eg) copied whole directory structure recursively. I didnt find an advanced setting. Bug, feature, PEBCAK?

This has been changed, yes. The reason was that it took way too long to
fetch all the sub-items from the repository.
I'll add an option so it can be re-enabled again.

And I prefer the term PICNIC instead of PEBCAK :)
